- Remove the filters from the chimney.
- Fill a bucket with boiling water.
- Put 3 tablespoons of baking soda and salt and 2 cups of vinegar in boiling water.
- Soak the filters in it for 1 to 2 hours.
- Scrub with the scrub brush.
- Clean it with water. And put the filters back in their place.
